We aim to reply within one working day. Peakfy is built by a small team, so if you write at the weekend you may hear from us on Monday.
What to include
The more of this you send, the faster we can help:
- Your phone and operating-system version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 26).
- The Peakfy version, shown under More → About.
- The email address on your Peakfy account.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Please do not send us your password. We will never ask for it, and no one at Peakfy ever needs it.
Your account and your data
Getting your data out
You can export your full training history at any time, including after you cancel a subscription. Your history and your export stay available for free, permanently.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Peakfy account from inside the app. Deletion is permanent: your personal and health data are genuinely erased from our systems, not merely flagged as deleted. If you would rather we did it for you, email hello@peakfy.app from the address on your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy, Section 10.
Disconnecting a service
Disconnecting a connected platform stops future syncing and deletes the data we pulled from it, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
Subscriptions and billing
Peakfy will be sold as a subscription, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with one month free to start. Exact prices are set per country and are published at launch.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, and you manage, change or cancel them in your app-store account — not in Peakfy. Refunds for those purchases are handled under the store's own policy, so a refund request has to go to Apple or Google. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway: we would rather know.
Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal you have in the UK or the EU, apply regardless of what any of the above says. See the Terms of Service, Section 7.
Training questions
If your question is about the training itself — what a number means, why a session changed — the fastest answer is the coach inside the app. It can see your data; we cannot, unless you tell us. If you want to understand how the numbers are produced in the first place, that is written up in How Peakfy works.
Safety
Peakfy is a sport-science training tool for healthy athletes. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop and seek advice if you feel unwell. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Security and privacy reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or a privacy problem, please write to hello@peakfy.app with the subject line “Security”. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you make it public. We will confirm receipt and keep you posted.
