Delete your account in the app
The fastest way is inside Peakfy itself. Open the app and go to You (the tab at the bottom) → the gear icon at the top right → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Or ask us to do it
Email support@peakfy.app from the email address on your Peakfy account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion, and we answer within the time limits the law sets — normally far sooner. We may need to check that the request really comes from you before we erase anything.
What gets deleted
Everything we hold about you as a person. Deletion is genuine erasure, not a flag on a record we keep:
- your account and login;
- your profile — name, sex, date of birth, height, weight, goals, experience level, settings;
- your training and health data — rides, power, heart rate, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight and everything else you recorded or synced;
- everything Peakfy computed from it — training load, recovery, readiness, personal bests, zones;
- your conversations with the AI coach;
- the data we pulled from every platform you connected.
The only exception is records we are required by law to keep, for example a billing record for tax purposes. Those are kept for the retention period the law sets and for nothing else.
What we cannot delete for you
- Data still held by a platform you connected. Deleting your Peakfy account removes our copy. It does not delete anything held by Apple, WHOOP, Polar, Intervals.icu or Strava — to remove that, use those services directly.
- Training Peakfy wrote to Strava. If you connected Strava, activities Peakfy wrote there stay in your Strava account. Delete them in Strava.
- Your subscription. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Peakfy account does not cancel it — cancel it in your app-store account first, or you will keep being billed. See the support page.
Take your data with you first
Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account afterwards. If you might want your history later, export it before you delete: you can export your full training history at any time, free and permanently. See the support page.
Just want to stop a sync?
You do not have to delete your account to cut a connection. Disconnecting a platform stops future syncing and deletes the data we pulled from it, and leaves the rest of your account intact. See the Privacy Policy, Section 10.
